Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Seminars
These rules apply to voluntary cancellations by participants and supplement the participation terms.
Cancellation is part of the participation terms
The complete cancellation rules are now contained directly in section 8 of the participation terms. This file and URL remain in place for compatibility and also provide the electronic cancellation function.
Summary: 14+ days before the event: free · 13–7 days: 50% · 6–2 days: 75% · from 1 day before / event date / no-show: 100%. The participation terms contain the complete and controlling rules.
Difference from withdrawal
Cancellation is the contractual option to cancel a booking. In addition, EnergoInformatics grants a uniform 14-day contractual withdrawal right for every online event booking. Use “Withdraw from contract” for that purpose.
