Withdrawal Notice
Every online event booking has one uniform contractual 14-day withdrawal right from conclusion of the contract, irrespective of the legal classification of the event.
1. Uniform contractual withdrawal right
EnergoInformatics grants a contractual 14-day right of withdrawal from conclusion of the contract for every event booking completed through the website. You therefore do not need to determine whether a workshop or seminar is legally classified as a leisure activity. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected and are not restricted by this additional contractual right.
No reason is required. An unequivocal withdrawal declaration within 14 days after conclusion of the contract is sufficient.
2. Withdraw electronically
You can submit the withdrawal directly using the function below. A secure link in the booking confirmation identifies the booking automatically; alternatively enter booking number, name and email address. After confirmation, receipt including date and time is confirmed by email.
3. Consequences
For a valid withdrawal under the uniform contractual right, the event fee already paid is refunded in full. The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, generally to the original payment method where technically possible. The booking is processed as withdrawn/cancelled in the back office and a related Lexware credit note is initiated if a corresponding Lexware document already exists.
4. Other ways to withdraw
You may also make an unequivocal declaration in text form, especially by email to info@energoinformatics.com or by post to Oleg Fallmann – EnergoInformatics, Danziger Str. 9, 66121 Saarbrücken, Germany. The electronic function is the easiest route but not the only one.

6. Difference from cancellation
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, a booking may still be cancelled before the event according to the contractual cancellation rules.
